SaneBox's Deep Clean is a tool designed to help users quickly clear out old, unwanted emails from their inbox and free up storage space. It scans and groups emails, allowing for faster decluttering than manual methods. SaneBox employs an AI-powered approach to email management.

Here's how to use SaneBox Deep Clean:
- Sign Up: Sign up for SaneBox to access the Deep Clean feature. A two-week free trial is available.
- Access Deep Clean: Find the Deep Clean option in the SaneBox dashboard.
- Set a Date: Choose a date to start scanning emails from. Selecting an older date helps clear out outdated emails.
- Start Scan: Click "Start Scan." SaneBox will scan your emails and notify you upon completion. The process usually takes a few minutes, even for large inboxes.
- Review Results: After the scan, you'll receive a summary showing the total emails scanned, storage used, and top senders. SaneBox organizes the data so you can sort emails by sender or file size to identify emails for deletion.
- Sort and Delete: Sort scan results by storage used or total messages. Large email attachments can be deleted to free up the most space.
- Trash Selected: Select the senders or groups of emails you want to delete and click "Trash Selected" to move the emails to your trash folder.
- Empty Trash: Manually empty the Trash folder to permanently free up space
